Fix install paths and default build flag

Ensure that paths are quoted.
Compile with -Os by default.

My libc wants _DEFAULT_SOURCE.

Release 0.6.

Noone likes -Wextra.

Fixing the compile warning for setenv.

Changing the single-linked list for clients to a malloc()ed array. This makes
algorithms more efficient, that depend on the number of clients or shuffeling
around. The patch also adds new shortcuts to move tabs in their position. The
default color scheme is changed to the one of the maintainer.

Minor release version.

reverting config.mk as it contains debug flags.

Handling maprequest. that means tabbed works for xterm.

embedding works nice now.

resizing works again, windows are getting managed.
