[ ] The first step is simplification of the litbox repo by collapsing its structure into a flat directory and redirecting organization to the front matter for a grep based workflow

so the repo will just be:

[ ] slipbox [ ] notes [ ] a-example-note.md [ ] sci.bib <--- symlinked locally, src/notes.krisyotam.com should clone this to the public directory same with src/krisyotam.com so both can serve it krisyotam.com viewable plaintext and notes.krisyotam.com is already setup to serve its old internal .bib file its just getting replaced by this, the sci.bib is in sci/sci.bib sci is in the home directory [ ] README.md <--- collapse the process.md into this as well
