chore: sync local state after restore (push updates, no pull)

wallpapermenu: make CAPS call optional so it doesn't error where CAPS is absent

wallpapermenu: pass -no-config so ambient rofi theme can't override the picker

add wallpapermenu script (was untracked); auto-detect output so cw works on any machine
