fix bugs in dump and reminders

add Remove handler, add bullshit, fix config files (need refactoring badly), update help text

fixed a bug which didnt check for errors, causing rare crashes over time

remove debug for remindme

added functioning remindme

most of remindme done; need to fix time interval counting
