focus fix for openbox (and maybe a few others)
tabbed remembers last viewed tab; open new tabs focused/unfocused can be configured now.
removing autoclose when last client exits.

Handling maprequest. that means tabbed works for xterm.

works better now with windowmanager who use mapping/unmapping
