update nvim plan9 theme, add hosts file, misc updates

- Port vacme colorscheme to plan9 with LazyVim extensions
- Add colorscheme switcher keymaps (plan9, acme, base16, catppuccin, tokyonight)
- Add StevenBlack-based hosts file (173K lines: ads, malware, tracking, gambling, porn)
- Add dkymap and webdev scripts, remove zed
- Minor fish config and picom updates

add 10 scripts, remove remapd/remaps

New: dllm, dlog, email, lfub, sb-systemstats, shred, sort, trash, vroid, ytcomments
Removed: remapd, remaps (banned — caused Xorg CPU spikes)

add vivaldi config (preferences + bookmarks)

Initial commit: dotfiles from lazykris

Full rice config for Arch Linux with dwm — fish, nvim, tmux, eww,
dunst, picom, mpd/ncmpcpp, newsboat, 145+ scripts, statusbar
modules, and machine profiles structure.
